Getting Protein in While Travelling 🌎
Since we’re travelling most of the summer ☀️ I wanted to show you how I’m still getting my protein in…especially cause I’m microdosing a glp/gip (Literally looking and feeling better than ever because I don’t skip my protein!!!!) 🎯 30g -40g protein 3 times a day!!! P.s. We have a kitchenette in our suit … 1. I eat a plate full of eggs with hot sauce for break-fast … I also just added keto bread today 🍞 2. Unsweetened Greek coconut yogurt with my glp (EllieMD) protein mixed in with chia seeds, berries, & peanut butter sometimes! So good! 3. Small snack size tortilla wraps with rotisserie chicken 🍗 (and hot sauce) 4.
