My largest fibroid was 4.8cm as of 09/2025. February 2026 showed 2 fibroids 4.6cm and a small one that was 1cm. September 2026-showed my largest decreased from 4.8cm to 4.4cm and the small fibroid 1cm is gone! My main focus this year is health. Super intentional in decreasing stress. Lowering insulin spikes. And over course GLP’s (Tirzepatide) to help with weight. 😉
I thought it was not working and i wanted to stop because i felt i wasn't seeing results. I started my weight loss journey in the month of June. 11th of June to be precise. I weighed myself before starting and it was 209.8lbs. And i went to see my Esthetician and she brought out the scale and this is the result. From 209.8lb to 198lb. I am so happy. Still working on it slowly to get to where i want.
I would like the ladies in here to tell me what happened to their period cycle when they started taking Tirzepatide. Was your period normal both in regularity, flow and days? If it changed, has it come back to normal?
My periods are normally heavy. I have noticed my menstrual blood is brighter a red and I have had less blood clots previously. I have also noticed I did have brown spotting prior to my menstrual.
Even with fibroids & fatigue, @Kentora Gray is down from 202 to 189lbs since starting GLP/GIP (tirzepatide!) I also want to shout out @Dee-Dee Harris who’s been a huge support! This is why we need support & coaches! 🏆 🔥 let’s go!
Comment how has your journey on GLPs of peptides been so far? Do you have questions??! 📸 This is a photo of @Coach B. and I from this morning!! These are pants @Coach B. Was wearing when we first started dating!! He’s down over 25 lbs! We also both started on MOTs-C this week and we’re buzzing with energy! My energy and focus has never been this high 🙌🏽
