Celebrate this Boss Move - Gregg Goldstein - EM Consulting Group

Gregg just hired for a new role in his growing marketing company! He hired their first graphic designer (a HUGE move from using Independent Contractors) on the team.

AND... if I can brag on what he shared with me, he sent a detailed welcome email to build enthusiasm while also laying out the goals he had for the new team member to achieve that week (meetings for trainings, debriefs with him daily, and more).

Can you imagine how expected that employee feels and purposeful they can show up in the new job?
