Break the Old Story
🔥 Focus: Identity shift requires releasing the old narrative. Prompt: - The story I tell myself about why I don’t journal is… - Where did that belief come from? - Is that story still true? - Who would I be without that excuse? This is powerful. This is where self-trust starts building.

Reframe...starting today
Become the Journaler Day 1: The Decision There comes a moment when we stop saying “I should.” “I’ll try.” “Maybe tomorrow.” And we decide. Not loudly. Not dramatically. But clearly. This week is not about perfect journaling. It is not about long entries. It is not about having something profound to say. It is about identity. For the next 7 days, we are stepping into something stronger: We are becoming people who show up for ourselves. A journaler is not someone who writes beautifully. A journaler is someone who returns to the page. Even when tired. Even when uninspired. Even when it’s only three sentences. That is steady fire. 🔥 Today’s Focus: The Decision Before identity changes, a decision happens. Not “I’ll try.” But: “I am becoming someone who journals.” Take five minutes today and reflect on: - What kind of person journals consistently? - What qualities do they embody? - What changes when I say: I am a journaler? - Where in my life do I want to build stronger self-trust? Then write this sentence in your journal and complete it: I am becoming someone who __________________. You do not need motivation to begin. You need a decision. When you’re finished, comment below with one word that represents the person you are becoming. Let’s build this identity together — one page at a time.
Happy Fire Horse Year.
It is officially the year of The Fire Horse. What intentions are you bringing into this year of new beginnings? It is a ONE year… 2026 reduces to ONE. Write your intentions in your journal, draw pictures, decorate it… make it fun! Have you decided what your word of the year will be? Mine is SIMPLICITY. I would love it if you leave me your word of the year in the comments.
