🔑 The Letting Go Tool
Set goals. Assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled. Every emotion that appears, you release with these questions: 1. Can I let go of this feeling? 2. Would I let it go? 3. When? There are no right answers. You can say “yes” or “no.” What matters is opening the door. Repeat until the burden dissolves. Example Goal: “I allow myself to win this tennis match.” Emotion: fear of failure. Questions: - Can I let go of this fear? Yes. - Would I let it go? Yes. - When? Now. - And you release. 🎥 Life as a Movie
In life it happens as in any cinema: There is a perfect, immovable, imperturbable screen… and upon it the current movie is projected. When you sleep deeply, without dreams, you are like that screen: Pure, silent, intact. But as soon as the projection begins—thoughts, emotions, body, world—“life” begins. Now then… You can live identified with the projection, believing you are the character, the drama, the conflict… Or you can recognize yourself as the screen: What never changes, what is always there, what needs nothing. - The projection comes and goes. - The screen remains. - The projection suffers. - The screen rests. - The projection seeks. - The screen already is. Other Letting Go Methods (simple and effective)
Method number 1 Already Posted: The Letting Go Tool 2. Welcoming Instead of resisting the emotion, you receive it like a guest. Example: fear appears → you say internally “Welcome fear, I let you be here.” By not fighting it, it loses strength and dissolves. 3. Loving Instead of rejecting the emotion, you wrap it in loving acceptance. Example: you feel anger → you embrace it with “It’s okay that you’re here, I love you just as you are.” Love melts the burden and transforms it. 4. Allowing Simply let the emotion be, without wanting to change or control it. Example: anxiety appears → “Okay, anxiety, you can be here as long as you want.” By giving it permission, it releases on its own. 5. Remembering the Truth Ask yourself: “Am I this emotion, or am I what observes it?” By remembering you are the witness, not the emotion, identification is cut and the emotion naturally releases. All these methods point to the same thing: - not resisting - not fighting - not getting entangled - Whichever you choose, the result is that the emotion is released and you are left lighter, freer.
