Every emotion that appears, you release with these questions:
- Can I let go of this feeling?
- Would I let it go?
- When?
There are no right answers. You can say “yes” or “no.” What matters is opening the door. Repeat until the burden dissolves.
Example
Goal: “I allow myself to win this tennis match.”
Emotion: fear of failure.
Questions:
- Can I let go of this fear? Yes.
- Would I let it go? Yes.
- When? Now.
- And you release.
