Phone SMS Verification

I am going to use unbounce for my funnel building, but I was wondering if you guys use a SMS verification tool to confirm the leads phone number. If so, what tool do you use and how does this get integrated? Do you do the same for emails?

Do you notify the lead that their form was submitted and someone will be reaching out by SMS or email on your end or does that come from the clients CRM?
