🚫 Why Most People FAIL to Transition into Tech (And How You Can Avoid It)
Hey team just wanted to drop this as an activation message this Sunday to make sure we position ourselves to win in 2026.
Let’s be real, getting into tech can change your life.
But here’s the truth no one tells you…
Most people never make it.
Not because they’re not smart.
But because they make the same silent mistakes over and over again.
Here’s what’s killing their chances 👇
⚠️ 1. They Keep Learning Without Practicing
They attend every session, watch all the videos… but never open their Salesforce developer org to build anything or practice anything .
🎯 Action beats knowledge. The people who win are those who implement, even if it’s messy or not correct.
⏳ 2. They Think They Have Time
They delay. They tell themselves they’ll do the assignment “later.” They procrastinate. But later becomes never. Those who win set deadlines and stick to them even when life gets busy.
🙈 3. They Stay Silent
They struggle in silence, avoid asking questions, and hope things will magically click. They are ahy to ask questions thinking people who think they don’t know or are not smart. So they don’t.

💥 So How Do You Avoid All This?
✅ Show up consistently, for all live classes
✅ Build and practice every day if possible even if it’s just one thing
✅ Ask questions when you’re stuck, don’t be shy to seek for help, its normal because you are learning
✅ Submit projects, complete Trailheads, take notes
✅ Don’t just attend classes, engage, ask questions
This is your moment to break patterns, not repeat them.
This time, it’s not school. This time, your whole life can change if you follow my blueprint mentioned above.
