WHO CAN FIX THIS? 🐛
HR says interviewers must NEVER see the Salary field.
Your intern hid Salary on the page layout and said, "Done."
An hour later, an interviewer still sees Salary in a report.
Who can fix this?

Remove Salary from every list view too
Set field-level security so Salary is Hidden for that profile / permission set
Delete the Salary field
Change their profile to Read Only
