Who Can Fix It? Edition: Data Quality
Scenario: You're the Salesforce Admin at a UK recruitment agency. The sales manager is frustrated because Lead phone numbers are a mess. Some have spaces, some start with +44, some are missing digits. Callers waste time and the dialler keeps failing.
She asks you for one thing: reps must not be able to save a Lead unless the Phone field contains exactly 11 digits, numbers only.
Who can fix it? Which option actually solves the problem?
A) Add a validation rule using REGEX on Phone to block saves that are not 11 digits
B) Make Phone a required field on the Lead page layout so reps always fill it in
C) Change the Phone field type to Number with a length of 11 to lock the format
D) Create a duplicate rule on Leads that warns reps when the Phone format is wrong
