In our last session, we dove into a real-world scenario to practice record-level security using Sharing Rules in Salesforce 🔐

Here’s a quick recap of what we covered:

✅ We had a scenario involving 3 departments: Finance, Marketing, and Sales

✅ Two new users were added to the Sales and Marketing departments

✅ The challenge: Ensure Finance records were shared with these two users

✅ Solution involved using Role Hierarchy, Public Groups, and Criteria-Based Sharing Rules

✅ We also discussed the difference between role-based and group-based sharing, and how to apply the right one in different business situations
