📢 Timetable and Team Structure Update, Please Read
Team 👊
As discussed, we are refining the structure to make learning clearer, more focused, and easier to follow.
This is a draft timetable for review, not yet enforced. Your feedback matters before we lock this in.
We are now operating with three teams going forward.
Due to the small number of people previously in Team Beta, that group will now merge into Team Alpha. Support will still be provided accordingly, so no one is left behind.
🔴 Team Alpha
This is where advanced application, automation, and outcomes are taught.
Topics covered here include
• Flows and automation
• Sales Cloud applications and scenarios
• Service Cloud applications and scenarios
• Real world admin projects
• Exam revision and mock questions
• Interview preparation and confidence building
This team focuses on applying knowledge and preparing for exams and roles.
🔵 Team Gamma
This is where core admin foundations and core concepts are taught.
Topics covered here include
• User management
• Data security
• Profiles and permission sets
• Roles, sharing rules, access control
• Data model and relationships
• Validation rules
• Duplicate and matching rules
This team focuses on building strong fundamentals properly.
🟣 Team Delta
This is for new joiners and revision support.
Focus here includes
• Orientation and roadmap
• Foundations recap
• Guidance and clarity
• Preparing to move into Team Gamma
This team is about settling in and building confidence.

The timetable will start from tomorrow with Team Delta, and we will refine and enforce it after review.
