6 Bedrooms C2 Property Potential for C4 (HMO)
Hi can anyone help, have you ever lease/rent a property to the Council and if so what are the process to follow please? I have been offered a 3 bed and a 6 bed property fully furnished - and close to hospital/University etc. Any help would be much appreciated
