You get the foreground looking decent, then the clouds just... don't work. They end up flat, lifeless, or looking like cotton balls stuck to the canvas.

I get it. I used to abandon paintings for the exact same reason.

This 8-week course breaks down everything I've learned about painting realistic clouds: the colour mixing, how light actually works in skies, achieving soft edges, and creating depth and atmosphere.

All the stuff that makes clouds look like they're actually floating in space rather than painted on.

We'll cover different cloud types, time-of-day effects, and how to make your skies support the whole painting instead of fighting against it.
