Hi everyone, I have a question and would really appreciate your thoughts.
I’m Mohammad Alotaibi from Lightspeed VT in the MENA region. We help companies and trainers deliver effective virtual training.
Right now, we use Pipedrive, which is very activity-based — every call, WhatsApp, and email is tracked, and we only create a deal once a demo is booked (“no demo, no deal”).
In Go High Level, I’ve noticed many people add every lead straight into a pipeline (New Lead → Contacted → Appointment Booked → Closed).
I’m wondering:
Why put uncontacted or unqualified leads there?
Is it because Conversations replaces the need for activity tracking?
And since GHL isn’t very task-focused, do most of you rely on automations for follow-ups?
We pay around $588 per seat on Pipedrive, so I’m exploring if GHL can scale better. Our funnels already run on GHL, so moving CRM there would make things more seamless — but honestly, the CRM part looks kind of basic to me.
Am I missing deeper CRM features in GHL?
