Are welcome calls no longer happening?

Hi all - I rejoined from months ago and I set up a Welcome Call. At the time of the call, my computer rebooted so I was 1 minute late but by the time I got there, the call had been cancelled. I set up another call for today and it was cancelled too. 🤔 Both cancellations provided no reason in the cancellation. Are the calls not happening anymore or am I in the doghouse? lol
