- Where your bottleneck is (leads, bids, or jobs)
- What to fix next so you can grow faster

- Post your scorecard here once per week. Do it before our Saturday OPS call so I can see it.
- One comment per week, make a new comment (do not edit last week’s).
- New guys: start this week, even if your numbers are ugly or incomplete.The only bad scorecard is the one you don’t post.
