Spam calls
Hi guys! New to the group and trying to get engaged.
My wife and I own a couple rental properties and we CONSTANTLY receive either spam calls or calls from people asking if we want to sell. With their technique of utilizing local numbers its very hard to weed these out. Ive got some great jobs from just answering an organic phone call via word of mouth or my google business page, I dont want to miss out!
What are you guys doing to weed out the BS phone calls from a real potential lead?
