Sorry I forgot to send this out first thing this morning for those of you that are new to the challenge for this round! 📏 WEIGH-IN Day 1 (Starting Weigh-In) – Monday 01/19 📸 Take a photo of your starting weight on a scale with “01/19/26 – 5 Hard” written down & visible ➡️ Submit privately to your coach/club by Monday 01/19 at 9 PM. 🕗 Tip: Do this first thing in the morning before food/water. Progress Pic (Optional): 📸 Front-facing “Before” photo (not required but encouraged).

Breakfast was banana pudding shake. Lunch was peanutbutter shake. Dinner is salmon, quinoa,string beans and roasted Brussel sprouts with carrots.

Good morning! Peanut butter cookie shake this morning and lemon tea with lime lift off. Been up since 3 so I just had a banana for a morning snack. Saved my egg whites for a bit later cause I'm full right now.
