So I’ve gotten some feedback from my workouts and I guess I failed to realize that everyone is going to have hyper-specific goals for working out. I was treating the tiers like just generic tiers. Which was my mistake.
Each classroom will have 3 folders of workouts. Plyo workouts, Strength workouts, and Mix of both. This way as an athlete you can choose which ones you want to do. I recommend though once you pick one, at least stick with it for 4-6 weeks. Then we test your maxes for that certain program and see where you are and reevaluate from there.
