Hi! My goal for this group is to have a friendly, safe place to ask questions, vent, or for people who just want a community of like-minded people! I am not a licensed therapist. However, I have been Going to various different types of therapies (DBT, CBT etc.) for years. I also stufy a form of Stoicism and philosophy on my own. I was a psych major (briefly) as well.
