So in the interest of creating a group that feels comfortable talking about content that may be difficult, I figured we could start out by briefly describing how our year went. This is a safe place to learn and grow for those facing grief and/or C-TSD
Hi! My goal for this group is to have a friendly, safe place to ask questions, vent, or for people who just want a community of like-minded people! I am not a licensed therapist. However, I have been Going to various different types of therapies (DBT, CBT etc.) for years. I also stufy a form of Stoicism and philosophy on my own. I was a psych major (briefly) as well. If you have any further questions about what led me to make this group or questions related to my trauma, please feel free to DM me!
