Bench 80kg
Squat 100kg
Deadlift 150kg
I think my 1RM squat is relatively a lot less than my 1RM deadlift so I want to get that up.
My deadlift I feel has somewhat plateaued at 150kg and I originally started with 110kg as my 1RM a year ago (I don't take them too serious and do them occasionally for fun).
My bench I'm satisfied with as when I started the gym I was struggling with 40kg.
Any tips for deadlift or squat?
