SBD 1RM
Bench 80kg Squat 100kg Deadlift 150kg I think my 1RM squat is relatively a lot less than my 1RM deadlift so I want to get that up. My deadlift I feel has somewhat plateaued at 150kg and I originally started with 110kg as my 1RM a year ago (I don't take them too serious and do them occasionally for fun). My bench I'm satisfied with as when I started the gym I was struggling with 40kg. Any tips for deadlift or squat?
Accessory work
One underrated thing that people overlook to get stronger is accessory work. doing the exercises after your main lifts. A lot of people half ass it and just try to get it over with. However, this is one of the most important parts to help you build a muscle that will transfer to a better SBD overall. here’s a quick guide to help with that. ✌️🫡💪🏼

Wins
What’s good, I wanna put out there to not hesitate to post your gym wins! whether it’s big or small, a win is a win. It can be anything about fitness/bodybuilding/powerlifting. I hit a 200kg/440lbs bench this week. an all time PR.
