To bench, dl, and squat 500 lbs?
I am 145-169 LBS shredded and can:
Bench 225 on a cut, and 265 on a bulk
Squat 225 or 315
Rackpull around 500 lbs
I have seven years experience in the gym but always wanted to do 500 on the big three
I usually do calisthenics, bodybuilding, powerlifting and breakdancing
I think powerlifting is what I currently need atm
If possible, how do I go about it, while keeping low bf%?
