Hey everyone!

If anyone is interested, I’ll be running another full shuttle run prep session next Sunday Oct 11th afternoon, sometime between 1–3 PM. I’ll post the final time by mid-week.

If you’re preparing for the Ottawa Police Service shuttle run, or you simply want to come out and test yourself and help pace some of the other athletes, drop a comment below so I can get an idea of how many people are coming.

I’ll also be offering coaching, pacing strategies, tips and tricks to help you get through the test. Reminder this test is the first step in the process !!
