Improve the smallest number first. 3) Tight-Hook Cold Email (works for buyers, sellers, or B2B) Subject: Quick idea on {{specific asset/problem}} Body: - 1 line: specific observation (“Your Maple Ridge listing has X, but entitlement risk at Y.”) - 1 line: hypothesis/value (“I can underwrite & map approvals in 48h—zero cost.”) - 1 line: low-friction CTA (“Want the 2-min loom breakdown?”) - Rule: Specific > generic. One CTA only.
