4 Micro-Playbooks to Move the Needle This Week
This tab is where we share short, do-today operating moves. No theory—just steps, inputs, and an expected output. Here are five you can run immediately (and we’ll keep stacking more).
1) The 90-Minute Operator Block
Goal: Ship one meaningful asset per block.
Steps:
  • 5m Scope: define the single deliverable (email sequence, buyer list, LOI draft, etc.)
  • 75m Build: phone on Do Not Disturb, timer on, no tabs you don’t need
  • 10m QA: sanity check, polish, ship or schedule
  • Output: 1 asset that moves a KPI.
2) Pipeline Control: L × O × S
Goal: Make revenue math visible.
  • Leads (L): qualified inputs per week
  • Offers (O): % that convert to real proposals/LOIs
  • Speed (S): cycle time from lead → decision
  • Move: Track each daily. Improve the smallest number first.
3) Tight-Hook Cold Email (works for buyers, sellers, or B2B)
Subject: Quick idea on {{specific asset/problem}}
Body:
  • 1 line: specific observation (“Your Maple Ridge listing has X, but entitlement risk at Y.”)
  • 1 line: hypothesis/value (“I can underwrite & map approvals in 48h—zero cost.”)
  • 1 line: low-friction CTA (“Want the 2-min loom breakdown?”)
  • Rule: Specific > generic. One CTA only.
