Humbled and thankful
I'm the kind of girl who would rather give away my skills just because I love to see others win but, the truth is we all need to have income. WE either work for "the man" or we "work for ourselves" and some of us are doing both but are moving to increase the "work for ourselves" side of our income. I just want to say I wouldn't be here building my dream business in Skool without @Shaz Jones In fact I wouldn't even know about it if she hadn't cold called me - via messenger and invited me here, so I was very humbled when she booked a kickstart call with ME! (seriously humbled) I'm sta to starting to see my hard work paying off and I would encourage you to keep believing and working towards what you are dreaming for - start promoting what you have in your hand - don't be afraid to share - just do it and if you have to, do it scared, eventually someone will take you up on your offer and the the wall that stands between you and success will start to crumble, bit by bit. 🌟 I"m here as proof - I'm not shocked anymore when I wake up to a kickstart call booked in my calendar...it's so very wonderful to be experiencing this! Go get em onliners - you have what it takes! (and thanks Sharon xx)

A Win I'm Very Excited About
I’ve been invited to go live tomorrow on Brian O’Neill’s YouTube channel 😳🎉 Honestly, I’m so excited about this. Not that long ago I was overthinking everything and just trying to figure things out, and now I get to sit down and chat with someone who’s helped shape so much of that journey. We’ll be talking about: 🧶 My journey building The Crochet Circle 🧶 What’s worked and how it's grown to what it has 🧶 And… my next big adventure! 🗓 Friday 27th ⏰ 2:30pm (UK time) If you’d like to come along and say hello (it would honestly mean a lot), here’s the link :https://youtube.com/live/RGNbRihwj9g?feature=share And if you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what to do next, his community is honestly worth a look. It’s been a big part of my journey. - mindset skool Still feels a bit surreal, but also a really nice reminder that the small steps do lead somewhere💜

We're getting close to 150 Members
It's been 8 months this week since Onliners was "born" here on Skool. And we've grown every month. We didn't grow because of the algorithm (I declined the majority of people the algorithm sent). We grew because we showed up for each other as a community. We helped each other, shared our learning, we made each other better. We celebrated each other's success... like when @Stephanie Kara did her first group call and made her first sale on Skool, and @Caroline Fransz made her first dollar on skool, and @Kerry Souter got her first 5 members in 1 day, and @Nicholas Golden did the testimonial challenge and got clarity on helping others, and @Diana Berryman launched her second community, and @Robyn Chalk came to the first IRL event in WA, and @Jenelle Livet & @Kylie Marks came to the first IRL event in Wollongong (NSW), and @Des Dreckett and many others joined the MRR challenge, and @Danielle Drew did a live call to share her journey from $21 MRR to over $80K. I could go on, but the point is this community is real - and we show up in ways that support real progress, real results and real relationships. I couldn't be prouder of ALL of you. As we move forward, what would make the community *feel* even more real for you?

We have a winner!
Congrats to @Caroline Fransz our winner of the Leaders challenge. You’ve won a 1-on-1 call with me to achieve your business goals faster. And I’ve opened up my calendar for a full 24 hours so you can choose ANY time that suits you!

Sharon posted a challenge this week that messed me up (in a good way). She asked us to write 10 testimonials our ideal client could give us. Sounds simple. It wasn't. Because here's what I realized sitting there staring at a blank screen:I've been doing the work. People have told me it helped. I have the receipts. Screenshots. DMs. Real results. And I still felt weird writing it down. Like somehow claiming "yes, I helped that person" felt... arrogant? Uncomfortable? Like I didn't earn the right to say it, or something.... Anyone else feel like that that? This weird thing where you you feel GOOD but also feel.....icky (like icky birdy bits!) about it at the smae time because now, guess what you need to talk about it and show others so you can help them too. Fun right? I think a lot of us in here are the same way. We spent 20, 30, 40 years being good at something. Helping people at work. Solving problems nobody thanked us for (and @#$@ continue to NOT do so...ahem) . Building skills we never thought to put a price tag on. Situations you had to deal with that are suddenly familiar again and again. ....And now we're online trying to "build a business" and the hardest part isn't the tech or the content or the strategy.....its literally the hardest part is saying: "I'm good at this.......and heyyyyy you should let me help you." Sharon's challenge cracked that open and it put pie in my face for my own good! If you haven't done it yet, go do it. Not because it's a fun exercise. Because it forces you to LOOK at your own value and stop pretending it isn't there. You're not bragging. You're being clear. And clarity is the thing your future clients are BEGGING for!
