Welcome to Onliners
G'day! Help us get to know YOU - not just pitch your business. 1. What do you like doing when work is finished and it's time to put your feet up? 2. Do you head outdoors or indoors? Do some gardening or jump on a plane? 3. Bonus points if you share a pic. Me? I like heading for the ocean - smelling the salty sea air, seeing the changing hues of blues and greens, and feeling the cool sea breeze. This is me (or at least my feet) taking in the view at Dee Why on Sydney's Northern Beaches. After you have left your comment, please feel free to read through the other comments and get to know 3 or 4 of your fellow Onliners in the community. About Your Last YouTube Video
I just saw this tweet from Mr Beast - he spent about $10Million and more than a 1,000 hours on his last video. I usually grab my phone, film what I'm thinking about, upload it and I'm done within half an hour at no cost. Might explain why he has over 500 million subscribers and he gets WAY more traffic than I do! lol What's your YouTube process?

I turned 60 on the weekend ... and I still can't quite believe it! But I celebrated anyway ... what did everyone else get up to on the weekend?

If you join a paid group on Skool, be careful how you sign up. The way you arrive at the page matters a lot. Think of it like a shop. If you find the owner on social media and ask for their personal link, they keep almost all the money you pay. That is fair because they did the hard work to find you. However, if you click the owner’s profile and join through a "recommended" list inside the Skool app, the company might take a big cut of your membership fee. Depending on the settings, they could take anywhere from 30% to 70% of what you pay every month. The platform uses "last-touch" tracking. This means the very last link you click before joining decides where your money goes. Once you join through a link, that choice is locked in forever. To help your favorite creators keep more of their earnings, always ask them for their direct link before you sign up.
