Well, today was meant to be a short long run so 8 miles max… And because I had my new trainers I thought the canal would be a good option for a change…
But then my running spouses were meeting at long run meadow for a 6K… So in my infinite wisdom I decided to run over to them ….3 miles along the canal & I was keeping the pace up best I could as I knew the bit with my mates would be a bit more leisurely 🙊
Richard likes to try & keep the pace up so once he peeled off to head home, us girls slowed it down a bit to get ourselves home 🤫
10 miles is the total damage and nearly 90 mins training in “threshold/zone 4” I’m ready for bed now!
