Moving away from Skool
Morning all, Iโ€™m going to close Move One down in Skool and move back to Facebook. I will create a Private group for all of us and it will be invite only. This way can keep our page exclusive with like minded people which keep our community feel. Currently I am paying to use Skool platform and I donโ€™t make any income from it at all. I need to raise about ยฃ40k for my business ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ’ผ and I canโ€™t afford any extra out going. In that end I will create a new page on FB make a few of you admin and continue the education, fun and random challenges which will be easier to post ie pictures, videos and so on. Once I have created our page I will post a like on here. Thanks ๐Ÿ™

Well, today was meant to be a short long run so 8 miles maxโ€ฆ And because I had my new trainers I thought the canal would be a good option for a changeโ€ฆ But then my running spouses were meeting at long run meadow for a 6Kโ€ฆ So in my infinite wisdom I decided to run over to them โ€ฆ.3 miles along the canal & I was keeping the pace up best I could as I knew the bit with my mates would be a bit more leisurely ๐Ÿ™Š Richard likes to try & keep the pace up so once he peeled off to head home, us girls slowed it down a bit to get ourselves home ๐Ÿคซ 10 miles is the total damage and nearly 90 mins training in โ€œthreshold/zone 4โ€ Iโ€™m ready for bed now!

Well done chic, lovely day for it. I've managed 18,346 steps, 11.05km and that is just at work. I've been up/down alloy tower stripping wallpaper for a 2nd day, the room is massive but all done ready for Day 3 tomorrow. I was gonna do another db workout once home but I think I've done good with 105% activity according to my watch. Have a good evening ๐Ÿ˜Š
Monday
Brand new week and the weather is looking good all week. Been moving all day, up and down alloy tower, stripping wallpaper. Pit stop on the way home to get a puncture repaired in tyre, then home for 2 workouts and upped the db weights in some of the pyramid workouts. Have a good week peeps ๐Ÿ˜Š

Dug out my running shoes and i sensibly did a short run. It was not the fasted but I did 2.69 miles. I'm pleased. My legs felt tight but kept going. It was cold but rue sun was out

Outside 8th
Waiting for it to start snowing before I go outโ€ฆ Itโ€™s sleet and rain at the momentโ€ฆ. Iโ€™ve just finished work, having had less than 5hrs sleep (daughter goes to cadets, I drop off, another mum picks up - other mum was away, so no early night for me๐Ÿ˜) up at 3am, Iโ€™m tired, grumpy & I now have a banging headache - it had better snow or Iโ€™m not going out!

@Sheena Vowles i go to bed and feel absolutely exhausted and drop off easily but then I wake up thinking I've been to sleep for hours and it's been 30 to 40 mins then I'm restless for a few hours. Fall asleep and wide awake around 3am until 6am. What's it all about!๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ I probably get 2 nights per fortnight, if I'm lucky, where I sleep all night. ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ Hang in there girl, things will improve, that's what I keep saying xx
