Moving away from Skool
Morning all, I’m going to close Move One down in Skool and move back to Facebook. I will create a Private group for all of us and it will be invite only. This way can keep our page exclusive with like minded people which keep our community feel. Currently I am paying to use Skool platform and I don’t make any income from it at all. I need to raise about £40k for my business 👨‍💼 and I can’t afford any extra out going. In that end I will create a new page on FB make a few of you admin and continue the education, fun and random challenges which will be easier to post ie pictures, videos and so on. Once I have created our page I will post a like on here. Thanks 🙏

Well, today was meant to be a short long run so 8 miles max… And because I had my new trainers I thought the canal would be a good option for a change… But then my running spouses were meeting at long run meadow for a 6K… So in my infinite wisdom I decided to run over to them ….3 miles along the canal & I was keeping the pace up best I could as I knew the bit with my mates would be a bit more leisurely 🙊 Richard likes to try & keep the pace up so once he peeled off to head home, us girls slowed it down a bit to get ourselves home 🤫 10 miles is the total damage and nearly 90 mins training in “threshold/zone 4” I’m ready for bed now!

@Binny Snelling that’s a lot of steps with just work! And a lot of wall paper stripping! It’s def time for you to rest a bit! Mondays I can get around 16000 steps with just work - one of my jobs is a church - it’s massive!

@Sunny Durman it can be fun but not my best idea with a 1/2 marathon on Saturday 🤣🤣 I’m not even going to go on the x trainer on Thurs - just kick boxing and the rest of the time I will be resting - means I can get up at 6.30/7 both Thurs & fri this week which should help me out on the weekend 🤞 Oooo, very nice, the back of mine gets the sun in the eve at this time of year and can be really nice but that would be too late for ☕️ maybe 🍷instead!

Getting it done nice & early - using my break at the lab to run/walk a 2 mile loop - old stomping ground for me when I used to road run. Love being out at early dawn/dusk - able to see but not yet light. Trying out new trainers which I need - prosper events had an offer on if doing all 3 1/2 marathons….i forgot that the Taunton one was along the canal and that my rather aggressive fell trainers I love so much in the mud, probably aren’t going to do me any favours 🙈 so I definitely needed some road/trail ones……
