⭐ Hi and welcome! I’m Celina - the creator of this OMAD Skool Community and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a certified nutritionist, athlete, and B.Sc. Life Coaching student from Germany (studying a combination of psychology, nutrition science, and sports science). In 2019, I became the admin of the “OMAD - One Meal A Day” Facebook group, which has grown into the world’s largest active OMAD community with over 230,000 members. Over the last 5 years of guiding thousands of people through their challenges with OMAD, I learned one thing very clearly: Most people fail to achieve their health and weight loss goals with OMAD not because OMAD doesn’t work... but because they don’t have the right support system. That’s exactly why I took over 3 years to build all the resources inside this Skool. This Skool is the home for everyone who wants to make OMAD truly work for them.. short-term or long-term, without confusion, guesswork, and unnecessary struggle.
