The man who snaps vs the man who leads
One moment I snapped this week was talking with my mom and got short with her after she asked a question that was a little obvious for the answer. Here’s how I handled it when it happened today when she asked what I would do with clients I currently have in Reno when I move. I gave myself a second to respond and think about it then answered back in a calm more thought out way of saying it’s not very feasible to come back to Reno 7 hours and take care of past customers vehicles. Rather than just snapping back like the other day.
