Like all of us I, and by extension my coaching and this program, are constantly evolving. I build this based on what I know works.

But you're the one living it.

You're the one sitting with the discomfort between calls, trying to apply this in real conversations with your wife, in real moments with your kids, under real pressure at work.

That work isn't done when the container ends.
