To our founding members ☕💛 I just want to take a moment to say how deeply grateful I am for the small, brave group of humans who are here at the beginning of the Nervous System Café. Whether you arrived out of curiosity, care for yourself, or a quiet “maybe this is for me,” your presence matters. Every community starts as a tiny circle — and you are the ones who make this space feel warm, real, and alive. This café isn’t about performing healing or being “on.” It’s about having a place to land, to breathe, to be human, and to tend our nervous systems together in gentle, doable ways.
