4 Habits I Am Most Grateful For
The problem with habits, is that you have to like what you're seeing before you step into the new you. Here are 4 core habits I use. I know they help me, but some I have great difficulty with. So will I continue with those? Only time will tell. The first person I had to convince on that score was my inner self. I'm also attaching my 5 Hidden Keys. It's been a bit difficult for me to share these as this has been an incredibly difficult topic. Lots of inner myth-busting had to happen. I don't know if they will work for you, I know they've helped, and continue to help me. Print them off, do a meditation before you start each mini-ritual, and set your intent. My Biggest Life Challenge
Recreating my new path forward in light of changing world dynamics. I've watched so many people, famous people and everyday people burn out and fall off the turnip truck. Me included. My choice was to decide to accept the result, or accept that results are temporary if we determine them to be temporary - and what would be the worst that could happen if I decided to overcome the thing. What if I did it anyway? The only person my choice mattered most to is me (or in your life, the only person that matters most is you). Take a few minutes. Forget all the stuff. Forget what has happened before. Where are you? What do you want? Am I living in the state of being on the path of who that new me is? These kinds of questions are the ones I find most traction in moving forward. Curious as to what types of inner dialogue you are finding popping up most in your mind? Forward moving or stuck?
