Skool live update
Intentions and participants are sometimes in conflict. Seems last Sunday we got together in person, but no one wanted it streamed, so we didn't. We'll keep going and see how it goes. So much heartbreaking news this past week. Hoping cooler heads prevail

Coffee Hour Is Happening on Sunday!
So far, a few people have approached me and are a bit shy about being on a live coffee event, and they live in my local area. They would like to meet in person at a cafe in town (Osoyoos) - so we'll do that for my first coffee hour ever. If you'd like to join in - shoot me a DM and I'll send you the location or link.

My Biggest Life Challenge
Recreating my new path forward in light of changing world dynamics. I've watched so many people, famous people and everyday people burn out and fall off the turnip truck. Me included. My choice was to decide to accept the result, or accept that results are temporary if we determine them to be temporary - and what would be the worst that could happen if I decided to overcome the thing. What if I did it anyway? The only person my choice mattered most to is me (or in your life, the only person that matters most is you). Take a few minutes. Forget all the stuff. Forget what has happened before. Where are you? What do you want? Am I living in the state of being on the path of who that new me is? These kinds of questions are the ones I find most traction in moving forward. Curious as to what types of inner dialogue you are finding popping up most in your mind? Forward moving or stuck?

My Biggest Life Challenge
Quantum Universe At Work? Secrets You Only Discover Later
Had a widower call me a couple days ago to share, that two good friends (nothing else) who supported each other through the loss of their spouses over 35 years ago found each other again and it's like the universe has their back. Reminds me of a feisty neighbor lady I knew when I was in my twenties. When I met Hilary she was in her late seventies - chasing a cougar out of an apple tree with a broom. The cougar was after Hilary's cat. I moved away, and following up with her years after discovered she found the other love of her life when she was 91 and he was 89. Same kind of situation. Hilary and Mr Rose were neighbors who had lost their one and only. Then, suddenly the two eloped, driving from the Kootenays to Sedona in Arizona (yes you read that right) for their honeymoon. Another friend of mine lost his girlfriend when in his teens. He thought he would never get over it. Never trusted to allow himself to get close again - until with wonderment he discovered another beautiful soul mate when he was in his thirties. They tied the knot too, and are still together. You heal when you heal. I find the universe is mathemagically beautiful, ugly and wonderful - all at the same time. I forget where this saying came from but it goes something like this, and I apologize if I mess it up... "Everyone tarries a little while on the shadowy side of the stream, and awakens remembering life with a smile, as a tale once told in a dream". Here's to all of us who are healing. May you find yourself re-awakening to life with a smile. Cheers!

Quantum Universe At Work? Secrets You Only Discover Later
Imagine A Friendship Between A Mountain Goat And A Crab
My relationship with my dad was kind of like that. I kid you not! He was fiercely loyal, not afraid of anything, and as a kid his nickname was "Haywire". He raced cars, worked hard, lived hard and played hard. Me, well I like adventure, but have a nostalgia for home and hearth too. And I'd be moving along doing my thing, and dad would be like ... do that ... and he'd wait a moment, and he'd be like do that ... and I'd continue on as fast as I could, and then he'd be like ... just DO IT already! And the fight was on! Omg! Best part - once the dust settled, neither one of us kept a grudge because we both knew we had each other's best interests at heart. I am grateful for the skills he shared with me, the mountains of challenges we faced and overcame, whether they were moves, building something, tearing something down and re-building or trying something new. Often told him I felt like I was the crab hanging on with one claw to the mountain goat's tail as it's leaping from cliff to cliff and screaming all the way. Never was a dull moment. Thank you for the memories dad! Took a road trip today back out to one of my favorite spots ... so serene.
