Anybody can make stationary shots but not everybody can make shots on the move when they're tired. This drill requires shooting on the move and conditioning. You start at the top, run to the corner, from corner to opposite wing, from wing to wing, then wing to opposite corner, then corner back to top. Your goal is to make 15/20 in as little time as possible.
TIP: The harder you run, the more you get out of this drill.
