I’m Coach Misty, and I’m really glad you’re here.
This challenge is for men and women who are done starting over and ready to start showing up — imperfectly, consistently, and on purpose.
For the next 26 days, we’re focusing on four simple things: movement, fueling your body well, regulating stress with breathwork, and building mental discipline.
There is no perfection required here.
If you miss a day, you don’t quit — you come back.
