Plugs Vs direct sowing
Plugs are not as resilient plants that are sown direct and tend to bolt early, on the other hand, plugs give a quick early crop , especially if the weather is good at the start of the season. Also plugs( starts )are easily planted into a thick mulch .
Both ways of seeding plants work and combining the two is the option I chose.
