Try it out for us and keep us updated so we can change the recipe if needed. If it feels too mineral/green, shift 1 Tbsp nettle to an extra 1T chamomile;
if too minty, shift 1 Tbsp peppermint to an extra 1T nettle;
if too spicy, shift 1 Tbsp cinnamon to an extra 1T chamomile;
if too flat, shift 1 Tbsp nettle to an extra 1T peppermint (or cinnamon for more warmth).
