All About Mindset
What pops to mind when you think of your health goals? Is it restrictive diet? Is it exercising 2 hours everyday at the gym? Is it “this sucks. But I have to do it?” Which ever your reason…is it contributing to getting you closer to your goal in a healthy and sustainable way? Health actions can absolutely be enjoyable, fun, and exciting. Something to look forward to. If it isn’t for you…maybe it is time to rethink your approach.
