Dear friends, I’ve missed you! It’s been a busy season behind the scenes, and I want to reconnect and share what’s been happening in our Nurses Move community. Over the past few months, I’ve been working hard on some big changes, especially applying for CPD accreditation for our courses! Yes, this is the secret I was working on in the past 3 months 😉 This will bring even more value and recognition to everything you learn here, and I’m excited to say we’re making real progress! I’ve also restructured the community to add new ways for you to grow, connect, and get support, without losing sight of what makes this free space special: our relationships and your unique journeys! 🫶🏻 I know things have felt a bit different lately, and you might have noticed I was less present. This community is still relatively new, and in the early months, I was focused on understand on how building a strong foundation, one that’s well-structured and truly supportive for everyone here. Thank you for your patience and for sticking with me through this transition. My focus has always been on making Nurses Move Craeer Coaching a place where you feel seen, recognised, supported, and empowered, not "sold to.” Now, I want to hear from you! I think that sometimes we have to find a good balance sharing our personal and professional path in a relaxed environment (like in this community) and also in a more professional platform where visibility and connections that we get can expand our network. I used to look at LinkedIn just as an other social media platform... But I was completely wrong. Yes of course, it's a social media and sometimes I find some posts a bit silly or don't square with my thinking. But there is also a lot to take from it in terms of networking. The past 10 days have been very hard, poor sleep, tears and so many emotional ups and downs ( as you can see from my face wrinkles 🙄) Loosing people while abroad make you rethink everything. I actually talk a lot about detachment in my "Successful Expat Nurse Accelerator" Programme. But this post is not about it. I knew this can happen: we already lost my father in law when we were already abroad. But it made me reflect that what I preach applys to me as well. I alway say that we have to start a project even when we not feel ready 100%, using a lean method and direct our action towards perfection (or better say "improvement"), but with this community I wanted to give you everything as the best. I am working on something special and i wanted to share it to you once the product was finalised. But this loss shacked me and made me rethink everything. The new updates that I've releised two days ago in the community were supposed to be uploaded (at an highest price) once all the scrutinies were passed and final products available. But because all that happened, I decided to offer you my service in a different way: giving you soon my support, and helping you save time and save money, but most importantly, helping you to act sooner! Hello guys! I hope you are all well. How has your week been? My week has been very exciting🤩 I started my new job in "my new country", and I really appreciate how all the team is very supportive, making me feel welcomed. I expected a good start, but I must admit that I'm very impressed by how my department care about each new starter and how they are guiding me in my new role. I'm thrilled to see what's next! Since work is important, well-being is important as well. So, today I'm gonna relax, enjoy my time and take care of myself by doing exercises. What about you, guys? I wish you all a lovely weekend ❤️
