We’re Growing Together: Exciting Updates & Your Voice Needed!
Dear friends, I’ve missed you! It’s been a busy season behind the scenes, and I want to reconnect and share what’s been happening in our Nurses Move community. Over the past few months, I’ve been working hard on some big changes, especially applying for CPD accreditation for our courses! Yes, this is the secret I was working on in the past 3 months 😉 This will bring even more value and recognition to everything you learn here, and I’m excited to say we’re making real progress! I’ve also restructured the community to add new ways for you to grow, connect, and get support, without losing sight of what makes this free space special: our relationships and your unique journeys! 🫶🏻 I know things have felt a bit different lately, and you might have noticed I was less present. This community is still relatively new, and in the early months, I was focused on understand on how building a strong foundation, one that’s well-structured and truly supportive for everyone here. Thank you for your patience and for sticking with me through this transition. My focus has always been on making Nurses Move Craeer Coaching a place where you feel seen, recognised, supported, and empowered, not "sold to.” Now, I want to hear from you! We’re about to launch our next FREE activity, and I’d love your input on which one we should do first. Poll: Which activity would you like to start with? Here are the options: 1. Repeat the “Work Visibility Challenge”: Shine a light on your strengths and achievements at work, and get inspired by others. The first one went really well. 2. "Career Wins Reflection": Share a recent win or breakthrough, big or small, and celebrate progress together. 3. "Peer Support Week": Connect with other members for encouragement, advice, and practical support on your current goals. Please vote in the poll below or drop your ideas in the comments. Your voice matters here! Thank you for being part of this journey. I can’t wait to reconnect, celebrate your wins, and support your next steps, wherever you are in your nursing career.

Amazing Coaching Session today
Amazing coaching session today with @Flavia Cotza and @Rosa Asiride for the "Successful Expat Nurse Accelerator" Programme I love group coaching session because on top of the coaching sessione something magic happens: the peer support and the peer conversation that leads to deeper understanding of the process. I've arrived at 18:29 and I found Flavia and Rosa already chatting. The beauty of this peer conversation is that they happen naturally. Just to tell you, after joining and saying "Hello" I've been quite for at least 15 minutes, letting them interact each other. It was something amazing! I am extrimely proud of them and listening to them exchanging thoughs, experiences and emotions was just exraordinary!

What happened yesterday it's just fantastic, extraordinary, and outstanding!!!! I joined the coaching session and Rosa and I just started having a conversation about our journey. It happened spontaneously. And yes, peer support and peer conversation is what leads to better understanding your journey, your struggles, and your needs. A huge thank you Dina, for creating this space, this community where we can find the right support from you and from other Nurses who have gone through other experiences. Again, THANK YOU for the great and amazing yesterday's coaching session ❤️

What have you tried so far, and how did it go?
Hi beauties! I hope your weekend is going amazingly! 🤩🙌 I am back today to make you reflect again on your career progression. We are here for this reason, right? Last time I've asked you: "What’s your biggest challenge right now in your nursing/career journey?" Today we continue to that direction because I want that you discover ways to move your career in the right path using true reflections. So, because you've alredy identified what is your biggest challenge, my question for you today is: "What have you tried so far, and how did it go?" Meaning: did you actually tried to overcome your challenge? - If yes, how? Did it work? - If you haven't tried to overcome your biggest challenge yet, why is that? What stops you to commit to yourself? Let us know in the comments section below! 👇🏻 I am very exited about this question because this is one of the most important onces for your career progression! Let's discuss!😇

That's another interesting reflection. Ok, last week I reflected on your previous question. I refreshed your homework and the materials available in the Successful Expat Nurse Accelerator. I've focused on two tasks: - studying the group dynamics in my new workplace. - getting familiar with the nursing assessment in the ICU where I work, by reviewing some nursing topics and medical vocabulary (in English). I think the first task will take more time. I'll ask you some questions during a coaching session. The second one, just after one week, has given me more confidence when it comes to taking part in conversations about assessing patients, even if it's just during simulations and not in a real ICU setting. And the amazing thing is that other colleagues validate my opinions, as I do with theirs. This creates a good environment of cooperation and collaboration. And it also helps me to open myself up to them and vice versa. So, I'd say that confidence is key for me. And your prompt has helped me to focus on what I think I need in this moment of my career. I'll join a coaching session soon 😉 A big hug❤️
Nursing pain: the furnace within. HB Ep.8
I may not have been as present on LinkedIn or in this community lately as I would like, due to some important projects happening behind the scenes that all of you will benefit from, but please know this: I am always present for nurses! I’m deeply grateful for this podcast and for the incredible support of Kimberly Maurer BS, LPN, not only for co-hosting the Hierarchy Betrayal podcast, but for the way she consistently shows up during the week: answering comments, connecting with nurses who want to get involved, and holding space here on LinkedIn so this conversation stays alive. I also feel incredibly blessed to know two remarkable nurses who are using their voices to give power and visibility to nurses everywhere. Through Kimberly, I had the honour of getting to know Ashley Scott, LPN, her work is inspiring, empowering, and goes straight to the soul of nursing. Truly. I cannot wait for this episode. What’s coming this Sunday is something rare and extraordinary. Make sure you’re there, be part of the conversation, because honestly, this is going to be revolutionary! you can jooin us on linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/events/7422384806308528128?viewAsMember=true or by clicking the event on the calendar. We will waiting you next Sunday @ 14:00 GMT

I really enjoyed today's episode!!! It was so inspiring listening to Ashley's experience, and I think I'll try to write more about my emotions and to share a bit more about them. Even though they are personal, they may resonate with other people and support them during a hard time. No one should be left alone during tough times. Thank you @Dina Paoloni , @Kimberly Maurer @Ashley Scott for this inspiring episode!!!
