So happy to be here!

Hello everyone! My name is Allison, and I currently live in Chicago, am in love with traveling and trying new foods, and am so excited to be here with you all! I met Micah in person for the first time on a recent trip to San Diego and I have to say, they are an incredibly COOL human. I can guarantee that we will all learn a whole lot and support one another in this space!

A little about me, I have been practicing within my nurse coaching practice for a little over a year! Leaving my clinical nursing job this past April was one of the BEST decisions of my life! Previously, I was an RN for 9 years working on a heart and lung surgical step-down unit and then at a community fqhc clinic. In the beginning, I loved being a nurse. Like many others, it didn't take long for the long hours, short-staffing, and lack of human connection with my patients to cause me to feel completely disconnected and over it all. I was so ready for something different that I almost considered leaving nursing altogether! Thankfully I discovered the specialty of nurse coaching and just like that, EVERYTHING changed for me.

Within my practice, I specialize in self-connection and empower my clients to prioritize their holistic well-being utilizing self-discovery, mindset shifts, and lifestyle changes. I remain very passionate about community care and am on a mission to dismantle barriers that prevent individuals from prioritizing their health and wellness. The transformation that I see on a daily basis lights me up and for the first time in my career, I get to pick my schedule, my salary, and my work. The freedom is REAL and oh so satisfying.
