I have struggled with consistency for continuing to do things for long periods of time. While working on mindset shift work Micah has asked what is something that could motivate you make sure you did not skip my workout. I explained I had no idea because I fall of the workout wagon as soon as things are going well.
But having the whole world watch me work out would be mortifying. So I promised to post myself doing 10 burpees on line if I missed a workout. I have been on great streak but it slipped my mind last night.
So here I am filling my promise of showing up for what I promise myself!
Not showing it to the entire world but you guys will do!!
