Thank you all for the warm welcome yesterday! I wrote down: "I am learning to feel, listen and stay present." I do daily inner/outer work in real time. Fight-flight-freeze. Being truly felt, witnessed and held is quiet new for all of us in our lifes as in our childhoods it was not normal at all. We reparent our Selfes (inner children) now. The situations from the past can be cured in us and in the present by our presence and compassion and no complicate fixing of other human being like our partens for example. I need any valve for stugged e.motions like desperation, rage or grief/sadness: waterdrumming, singing my soul language or German or English ... , barefoot walking and nature contacts daily, shaking the body, receiving, massages, sauna, sports and hiking, boxing and screaming in a pillow, dancing (naked), writing, painting, being able to express my state in words and being heard,... If one form of expression is not possible e.g. because of physical pain or unapropriate setting, there are still so many other options on the buffet to bring my life force back to flow and flowing balance in my chakras and meridians and organs - YingYangBalance - to feel good and home in my temple again. This is a richness in options which my inner girl would have needed 40 years ago and I am happy that my son (10) grows up wirh this buffet beging normal and can take part 2 hours every tuesday in a project in his school, which is for 10 children and is called Fühlen-Gruppe - feelings-group/space to feel.
