Whānau, it’s time for a realignment. As we continue to refine and deepen the direction and the evolution of N.O.W. Academy, we’re making some intentional changes to our call schedule. We’ll be ending the Sunday and Thursday Community Calls starting next week. These calls have served us well, but we’re noticing where energy needs to be redistributed, and how we can be more precise and impactful with our offerings. We’re keeping the Weekly Q&A and the Men’s Circle. These spaces continue to be powerful, focused containers for growth, reflection, and real-time support. We are preparing to add a Women’s Circle call in the near future. We’ve heard the need and are committed to creating space for our wāhine to gather, share, and rise together. We are pruning for potency and transforming towards what is being called in. This is how we evolve: with clarity, courage, and community. Live calls are sacred space. They are where we show up with presence, respect, and integrity. To keep that space safe, strong, and real, we follow a few simple agreements: Come on time. Be in a place where you can be fully present. Keep your mic muted unless invited to speak. Speak from your own experience, not in advice. No side chatter in the chat box. Hold confidentiality. And most of all, be here with an open heart. These calls are not just content. They are connection. Let’s protect the space so it can keep doing what it was designed to do, to help us grow, together.
